Conference Venues

Accommodation
We advise people to stay in Guimarães during the conference. There are regular shuttle busses that connect Guimarães and the Azurém Campus to the city of Braga (the distance is about 10 kilometres), and we will organise the transport from and to Guimarães for the sessions and events taking place in Braga.
There are several hotels in Guimarães (all within walking distance from the Azurém Campus) that are affiliated with the ESA conference and offer a special rate for participants at the conference.
You can find a list of the hotels and instructions concerning how to book rooms at the special rate here.
Please note that neither the ESA, nor the local organisors will be able to book rooms for you - you will have to contact the hotels directly.
